Description

Provide first-level technical support to users.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Assist in maintaining the Company’s IT infrastructure.
Support user account management, email configuration, and system access.
Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.
Assist in maintaining data backups and ensuring data security.
Monitor IT equipment and report faults or maintenance requirements.
Document technical issues and resolutions.
Support the implementation of new IT projects and technologies.
Ensure compliance with the Company’s IT policies and procedures.
Perform any other duties assigned by the IT Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Must have graduated within the last two years.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.

Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues is an added advantage.
