Position: Loan Officers
Area of Operation: Bukedea, Busia, Mbale, Namayingo and Soroti
Nature of job: Full time and field based.
Job summary
Loan Officer’s role will be to solicit, appraise clients for loan disbursements and ensure 100% timely repayments from them. The role is field based and involves working closely with clients and community groups.
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in any field from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 principle passes at A- level and credits in Mathematics and English at O-level.
- At least 2 years of work experience in related field is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in microfinance and group dynamics is an added advantage.
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity.
- Fluent in the local languages spoken in the above areas is an added advantage.
- Possession of riding skill with a valid permit is a MUST.
- Applicant must be between 25-33 years of age.
- Female applicants are encouraged to apply.
