The NOC Analyst is responsible for real-time monitoring. incident management, and performance assurance of Yongeza Capital’s battery swap stations, loT devices, backend platforms, payment systems, and network infrastructure.

Data Reporting & Analytics
Systems & Process Compliance
• Qualifications
Education:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience:
- 1-3 years in NOC, SOC, telecom, energy, or loT operations.
- Experience with distributed infrastructure is an advantage
Technical Skills
- NOC dashboards and ticketing systems.
- loT systems and device connectivity.
- Basic networking (IP, GSM/LTE).
- Excel or Google Sheets reporting.
- Fintech or mobile money systems (advantage)
