KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily branch operations and staff performance
- Drive achievement of branch goals and targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and prompt complaint resolution
- Monitor staff portfolio performance
- Enforce lending and operational policies and procedures
- Interview loan applicants and approve loans following assessment
- Analyse market conditions, risks and opportunities
- Train and coach branch staff
