
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
·      Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
·      Drive achievement of regional sales and revenue targets.
·      Monitor sales performance and develop corrective action plans where targets are not being achieved.
·      Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
·      Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
2. Sales Team Management
·      Support recruitment, training and mentorship of sales representatives.
·      Set individual and team performance targets.
·      Monitor sales performance and productivity.
·      Provide regular coaching, feedback and performance evaluations.
·      Motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
3. Customer & Key Account Management
·      Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
·      Identify and develop new corporate and retail customers.
·      Address customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
·      Negotiate with major clients and support successful deal closure.
4. Sales Reporting & Analysis
·      Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
·      Monitor regional sales performance and key sales indicators.
·      Analyse sales data and market information to support decision-making.
·      Prepare regular regional sales reports for senior management.
5. Market Development
·      Identify new territories, customer segments and business opportunities.
·      Develop strategies to increase market penetration.
·      Work with Marketing to coordinate regional promotional and sales activities.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
·      Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience and other departments.
·      Ensure effective execution of regional sales initiatives.
·      Share market intelligence and customer feedback with relevant departments.
Requirements
·      Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
·      3–5 years’ relevant sales experience, preferably in the automotive, motorcycle, power products or related industry.
·      Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
·      Strong understanding of the automotive/motorcycle market, products and industry trends.
·      Experience managing or mentoring sales teams is an added advantage.
