As a Retailer Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing our relationships with retail partners to drive sales and brand presence.
Job Description:
The Retailer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring product availability, and facilitating the sales of Zazu Mobile products. This individual will work closely with retailers to understand their needs, solve problems, and help them maximize their sales potential.
Retailer Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with current and potential retail partners.
Regularly engage with retailers to understand their sales needs and challenges.
Serve as the main point of contact for any retailer-related inquiries or issues.
Provide support and training to retail staff on new product launches, sales techniques, and Zazu Mobile’s brand values.
Sales and Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and report on sales performance across retail channels.
Work with retailers to establish sales goals and objectives.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Implement strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales at retail locations.
Product and Promotion Management:
Ensure the availability of Zazu Mobile products in retail locations.
Coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and events to drive traffic to retail stores.
Ensure compliance with promotional guidelines and help retailers effectively execute marketing campaigns.
Track and manage retail inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Share valuable market insights and feedback with the internal team to refine sales strategies.
Reporting and Administrative Duties:
Prepare regular reports on retailer performance, sales forecasts, and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of retailer communications, agreements, and activities.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution:
Handle complaints or issues raised by retailers, ensuring timely resolutions.
Address any supply chain or operational challenges affecting retailer satisfaction.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in retail management, sales, or relationship management, preferably in the mobile or technology sector.
Proven track record of managing retail accounts and achieving sales targets.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with experience in sales reporting and data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
