RISK MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and highly motivated Risk Manager to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, assess, and manage business, credit, operational, and fraud risks.
- Develop and implement risk management policies, controls, and procedures.
- Monitor customer and portfolio performance and identify early warning signs.
- Identify, prevent, and investigate fraud and credit-related risks.
- Prepare regular risk reports and provide recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree (MANDATORY) in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Credit Risk, Risk Management, Banking, Fintech, or Device Financing.
- Strong experience in credit analysis, portfolio monitoring, collections risk, and fraud management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of risk management systems and data analysis will be an added advantage.
