Job Summary

As a Direct Sales Representative, you’ll focus on recruiting new customers and driving growth by promoting Salaam bank’s products and services. You’ll build lasting relationships, identify opportunities, and offer tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Market and sell the company’s products and services to new and existing customers
Identify new business opportunities and build lasting customer relationships
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Deliver engaging product presentations and respond to customer inquiries
Prepare daily reports and share feedback with supervisors
Follow up on customer concerns and provide excellent after-sales service
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or degree in any related field
Prior experience in sales (especially in the financial sector) is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High integrity, energy, and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
