Aquavita is hiring a Sales Administrator who will be the driving force behind our growth, focusing on expanding our market presence and bringing our cutting-edge bottle less water dispensers to new and existing clients. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for sustainability and eco-friendly innovations. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing long-term client relationships, and leading sales initiatives across industries. Your leadership will ensure AquaVita’s high-quality water solutions become the go-to choice for businesses seeking cost-effective and environmentally conscious alternatives to traditional bottled water.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & execution: Learn and execute a comprehensive sales strategy under mentorship, focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets while driving business growth across multiple industries.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage new business opportunities, learning how to build a strong pipeline of high-quality leads through outreach, referrals and networking.
- Demonstrations & Consultations: Get hands on experience in conducting product demonstrations and consultations, educating prospects about AquaVita’s innovative water dispensers and the environmental and cost-saving benefits.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Gain experience managing the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring smooth transitions for clients.
- Relationship Building & Retention: Develop strong relationships with clients by learning the art of customer retention, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Sales Reporting & Metrics: Track progress against sales goals, monitor key performance indicators and report on lead conversion and revenue generation.
- Industry expertise & Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and market conditions to enhance our sales approach and ensure AquaVita stays ahead of the curve.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Recent graduate (2023 or 2024) with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A passion for sustainability and eco-friendly solutions, ideally with an interest in the water purification industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a desire to build relationships with clients.
- A disciplined, resilient, and innovative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup culture.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment, with the potential to become a key contributor to the team.
- Ability to think big and embrace challenges, turning them into opportunities for growth.
