Liberty Life Assurance Uganda is hiring motivated and result-driven sales agents to join our team. Applicants must possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree preferably in the fields of business, finance, economics, or marketing. They must possess strong interpersonal skills and business acumen and a sales experience of at least 1 year. Holders of Certificate of Proficiency in insurance or other insurance qualifications will have a higher advantage.
Reporting Line: Unit Manager
Duty Station: Jinja, Kakira
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and on-board potential customers in line with their needs.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding Liberty Life solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust.
- Cross-sell other relevant solutions to existing clients.
- Ensure that customer queries are promptly responded to.
- Follow up with clients to ensure periodical premiums are paid on time and for policy renewals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Represent Liberty Life Assurance professionally at all times.
- Meet the sales targets set by the company.
- Treat customers fairly in all situations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferably in the fields of business, finance, economics, or marketing.
- Sales experience of at least one year in a busy environment.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Knowledge of insurance products or financial services is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
