Black Knight Africa is hiring a Sales and Marketing Representative to play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our products/services to potential clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Implement and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing reports.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve company objectives.
- Manage social media and other digital marketing platforms.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A Valid Ugandan National ID.
- Basic Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
Benefits: Salary of 800,000 UGX per month.
