Reporting to: Group Sales & Marketing Manager
Supervising: Asst. Sales Managers, Executives
Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability goals.
• Lead and supervise the sales team to ensure achievement of individual and departmental KPIs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
• Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and corporate customer networks.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business agreements with key clients and partners.
• Ensure excellent customer service and effective after-sales support.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional strategies for products and services.
• Coordinate advertising campaigns, digital marketing, brand promotions, and trade exhibitions.
• Strengthen company brand visibility and market positioning.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Oversee development of marketing materials, social media content,and product communication.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and ensure effective return on investment (ROI). Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
• Support product launches and introduction of new products into the market.
• Develop pricing strategies and sales promotions to increase market competitiveness.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, procurement, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer
satisfaction.
• Monitor stock movement and product availability to support sales operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and marketing performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales and marketing staff.
• Set departmental objectives and monitor team performance.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a customer-focused culture.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Academic Qualification, Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or related field.
• Professional marketing qualifications are an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing successful teams.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Strategic planning and business development abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Marketing and brand management expertise.
• Financial and commercial awareness.
• Customer relationship management skills
