Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Representative at SunCulture Uganda. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating sales agreements, and providing excellent customer service. They will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills
Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills
Experience in field sales and direct customer interactions
Ability to work independently and remotely
Knowledge of agricultural or solar technology is a plus
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
