By the greeting. By the cleanliness. By whether the freezer is stocked. By how you handle a customer asking for
“just one more wing.” We’re looking for someone who understands that a great shop attendant does more than stand behind the counter. They help keep the business moving and can turn a first-time buyer into a regular.
You’ll love this role if:
- Customers naturally warm up to you.
- Staying organized under pressure motivates you.
- You notice details other people miss.
- You understand that good service keeps people coming back.
- You take pride in keeping your space clean and running properly.
You’ll struggle here if:
- You need constant supervision to stay productive.
- That’s not my job” is a sentence you say often.
- You wait for problems to grow before acting on them.
- You think customer service ends after payment.
What you’ll do:
- Sell and promote Yo Kuku products.
- Register and profile new customers.
- Manage stock levels and support stock takes.
- Monitor freezer temperatures and product handling.
- Execute sales promotions and activations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Keep the shop clean, presentable, and customer-ready.
- Take care of company property entrusted to you.
What you bring:
- A Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a sales-related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong integrity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
