Station: Bugolobi
The cold room isn’t just storage space. It’s where quality gets protected. By how products are handled and how orders are arranged. We’re looking for someone reliable, disciplined, and physically fit. Someone who understands that a well-run cold room keeps the business moving smoothly.
You’ll love this role if:

- You don’t mind physically dernanding work.
- You understand that consistency matters, even in small tasks.
You’ll struggle here if:
- You cut corners to finish faster.
- Following procedures feels unnecessary to you.
- You dislike physically active work.
- Keeping spaces organized isn’t your thing.
What you’ll do:
- Offload and load trucks safely and properly.
- Ensure all quality procedures are followed.
- Handle products and equipment with care.
- Arrange and prepare customer orders.
- Support deliveries when assigned.
- Organize the warehouse and mini cold rooms properly.
- Participate in stock-taking exercises.
- Attend trainings and team sessions as required
- Report to work consistently and on time.
What you bring:
- A minimum qualification of a UCE Certificate.
- Ability to work in cold storage conditions below 0°C.
- Physical fitness and ability to carry heavy loads.
- Generally good health.
- Strong integrity, honesty, flexibility, and attention to detail.
