FRONT DESK AGENT / RECEPTIONIST
The Front Desk Agent is the face of Kabale Safari Club, responsible for creating exceptional first impressions, managing reservations, welcoming guests and ensuring a seamless stay from check-in to check-out.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make, verify, revise and cancel reservations
- Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
- Post room, tax and miscellaneous charges accurately
- Handle cashiering and manage front desk transactions
- Maintain front desk drawers, files and supplies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Filing paperwork and stocking front desk resources
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Must be able to work any day and any shift
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours
- Neat appearance and good penmanship
- Proficient in Room Key/SafeLoc (or willingness to learn)
- Advanced customer service skills
- Confidentiality and professionalism at all times
