As our Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious, high-quality dishes that delight our guests and showcase the best of local and international cuisine.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and prepare menus that offer a variety of nutritious and delicious meals
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation and taste
- Manage kitchen operations and ensure smoothwoklow
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas
- Monitor inventory, order supplies and minimize wastage
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create a positive and collaborative work environment
- Other duties as assigned by the Management
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma / Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Creativity and passion for cooking
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
