HOUSEKEEPER

As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and hygiene throughout our lodge to ensure every guest enjoys a relaxing and memorable experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas to the highest standards
- Change bed linens, make beds and replenish room amenities
- Ensure rooms are well-stocked with supplies and report any shortages
- Report maintenance issues or damages for prompt attention
- Maintain cleanliness of all housekeeping equipment and storage areas
- Follow hotel laundry procedures when assigned
- Uphold health, safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Provide excellent guest service with a friendly and respectful attitude
- Other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in housekeeping is an added advantage
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Must be physically fit and able to lift, bend and stand for long hours
- Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
- Ability to work as part of a team
