Role Summary

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing office correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth coordination of daily office operations in a fast-paced financial environment.

  • Ensuring smooth workflow coordination

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial set up
  • Diploma/ Degree in any field of study

 

APPRAISAL OFFICER (TO WORK IN IGANGA)

Role Summary

The Appraisal Officer is responsible for evaluating assets and securities, determining accurate market valuations, and providing informed recommendations to support sound loan approval decisions.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assessing assets and securities
  • Determining market value through valuation
  • Supporting loan approval decisions

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a financial set up
  • Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Accounting

Role Summary

The Marketing officer is responsible for promoting company products and services, identifying new clients and driving growth within assigned territories through community outreach and strong relationship management.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promoting Kray’s products and services in the field
  • Identifying and onboarding new clients in assigned territories
  • Conducting community outreach and awareness campaigns
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly recruitment and sales targets
  • Supporting basic administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experiences in sales and marketing
  • Diploma/Degree in marketing

  • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment
  • Managing and replenishing office supplies and inventory
  • Providing general support to staff and management as needed
  • Running office errands and handling petty cash requests
  • Supporting basic administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Atleast an O level certificate

 

TERRITORIAL BUSINESS MANAGER(TO WORK IN IGANGA)

The Territorial Business Manager is responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing territory performance, and driving business growth by building strong client relationships and consistently achieving set targets.
