OPEN VOLUNTEER ROLES
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate programme plans and schedules
- Manage facilitators, volunteers and programme activities
- Monitor participation, progress and programme outcomes
- Ensure programmes are delivered successfully and on time
SOCIAL MEDIA LEADLead our social media strategy and grow an active digital community around our programmes and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X
- Promote programmes, events and success stories
- Track engagement and recommend growth strategies
PROGRAMS ASSOCIATESupport the coordination and smooth delivery of our learning programmes and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support participant onboarding and communication
- Assist with programme logistics, attendance and documentation
- Coordinate sessions with facilitators and learners
- Collect feedback and prepare programme updates
DIGITAL MARKETING VOLUNTEERHelp us reach more learners, partners and supporters through effective digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Support digital marketing and programme promotion campaigns
- Develop email, social media and audience-growth strategies
- Track campaign performance and generate insights
- Support partnerships, registrations and community growth
GRAPHIC DESIGNERCreate compelling visual content that communicates our programmes, opportunities and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design flyers, social media posts, presentations and certificates
- Develop educational infographics and campaign materials
- Maintain consistency with our brand identity
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams
