ACCOUNTANT RECEIVABLES
VACANCY: 1 POSITION
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for managing accounts receivable, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records to ensure financial integrity.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Match customer payments and customer repacument
Resolve unknown payments with Sales Team
Process & file payment receipts (RV)
Manage post-dated cheques to bank
Reconcile customer accounts
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- At least 3 years relevant experience
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Integrity and professionalism
- Follow all operational policies & procedures
- Cooperate with team members & superiors
- Perform other duties as required
