Masaka City, Uganda. With over 15 years of experience and more than 600 completed projects,

Position Overview
We are seeking two (2) Architectural Interns to support our Design Department. This is a
structured learning opportunity for graduates who are eager to develop practical skills in
architectural design, BIM workflows, and construction site exposure.
Interns will work under the guidance of architects, consultants, and project teams, gaining
hands-on experience in both office-based design work and on-site construction activities.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet one of the following:
- Recently completed a National Diploma in Architecture (May 2026) from a
recognized institution in Uganda and are seeking entry-level exposure; OR Completed a National Diploma in Architecture in 2025 (minimal experience acceptable)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural drafting and design development
- Support BIM modelling and documentation tasks
- Participate in preparation of drawings and project presentations
- Support coordination between design consultants
- Assist in QA/QC of drawings and project documentation
- Participate in site visits and construction supervision support
- Learn from senior architects, engineers, and consultants
Learning Exposure
Interns will gain experience in:
- Architectural design workflows
- BIM coordination (Revit-based environment)
- Construction site processes and supervision basics
- Design documentation and project coordination
- Professional practice in a multidisciplinary environment
Requirements
- National Diploma in Architecture (required)
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is an added advantage
- Ability to work in both office and construction site environments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
