Asset Assurance Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the asset register for all energy network assets.
- Develop and implement security policies, theft prevention measures, and risk assessments.
- Lead incident response, crisis management, and coordination with law enforcement.
- Oversee battery repossession operations, documentation, and field recovery teams.
- Conduct audits, monthly asset counts, and implement preventive measures.
- Recruit, train, and lead security and repossession personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Security
Management, Business Administration, or related field. - 10+ years’ experience in security operations, asset recovery, or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of repossession laws and procedures.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and crisis management skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in energy, logistics, or fleet management.
- Familiarity with GPS tracking, surveillance systems, and digital asset tools.
- Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.
