Call Centre Agents
Role: Handle customer communications, provide accurate product information, resolve inquiries, and convert interactions into qualified loan applications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Communication, Customer Service, or a related field
- At least 6 months’ experience in a call centre or customer service role is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Luganda with professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
