CYK Financial is a rent-focused company that bridges liquidity gaps for Businesses, Individuals, and Landlords. Rent finance unlocks capital for landlords, tenants, and investors. It empowers tenants such as businesses and individuals with flexible short-term loans to cover periodic payments for upfront rents, provides long financing and returns for landlords and investors respectively. Rent Financing creates a virtuous cycle of housing stability, financial inclusion, and rent-backed growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Selling CYK Financial’s rent credit to businesses, individuals, and property owners.
2. Work with multipliers, associations and other apex organizations to identify new clients for rent credit.
3. Engage and mobilize clients through network events, exhibitions, and workshops.
4. Supporting the onboarding of clients and the disbursement of loans ensuring all lending criteria is met.
5. Follow-up & recovery of loans.
6. Promptly update the CYK financial platform with eligible loan applications and repayments.
7. Ensuring proper filing of all Customer KYC documents.
8. Contribute positively to performance by continuously achieving all set targets.
9. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Minimum Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:
Commerce, Economics, Microfinance, Development Economics, Development Studies, Business Studies, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, International Business, Financial Services, Business Computing, Business Statistics, Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management, or any other business-related field.
