We’re looking for a Customer Experience Officer with:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in fintech or digital services is an added advantage.
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers, onboarding clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer journey across our digital solutions.
