We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Front Desk Officer.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Provide support and guidance to users of the company’s software products.
- Follow up on client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Schedule meetings and maintain office records.
- Coordinate communication between clients and technical teams.
- Assist with customer onboarding and product demonstrations when required.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Customer Care, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn software systems quickly.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
