We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Front Desk Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
  • Provide support and guidance to users of the company’s software products.
  • Follow up on client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain office records.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and technical teams.
  • Assist with customer onboarding and product demonstrations when required.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Customer Care, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn software systems quickly.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
