Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital strategy and performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedin, X, and emerging platforms.
- Manage paid campaigns, optimize CPL conversions, ROl, and digital budgets.
- Oversee agencies, influencers, and content production to ensure timely, high quality delivery.
- Drive social media growth, community engagement, and digital storytelling.
- Supervise the Digital Performance Specialist and coordinate with Brand, Trade, Sales, Partnerships, and Lead Gen teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 5+ years in Digital or Performance Marketing.
- Strong experience in paid media, social media growth, analytics, and influencer management.
- Proven ability to manage agencies, teams, and fast paced digital operations.
