POSITION: DRIVER.
Station: Bugolobi | Semuto
A driver does more than move from one place to another. They help keep the business moving. We’re looking for someone reliable, alert, and professional. Someone who understands that good driving is also about responsibility, discipline, and consistency.
You’ll love this role if:

- You believe cleanliness and maintenance say a lot about a driver.
You’ll struggle here if:
- You treat traffic rules as suggestions.
- You ignore small mechanical issues until they become big problems.
- Keeping records and reports feels like unnecessary work.
- Timekeeping isn’t your strong point.
What you’ll do:
- Transport company goods, staff, and authorized passengers safely.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure roadworthiness.
- Report service, repair, and maintenance needs on time.
- Keep assigned vehicles clean and well maintained
- Supervise vehicle repairs and maintenance in the garage.
- Maintain daily logs for mileage, fuel consumption, and routes
- Follow up accident cases and support insurance claim processes.
- Respond to emergencies while on duty.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and traffic regulations.
What you bring:
- A minimum qualification of a UCE Certificate and valid driving permit with Class C, Cl, or CIE.
- Fluency in English.
- At least 3 years of proven driving experience, preferably in a commercial environment.
- Strong integrity, honesty, flexibility, and attention to detail.
