A money lending company located along Sir Apollo Kaggwa Road, Kikoni-Makerere is seeking to recruit two (2) Field Managers to join its growing team.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Proven skills in Sales & Marketing
- Proficiency in digital tools and technology
- Experience in Microfinance, Banking, or Money Lending
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
- Ability to mobilize, assess, and manage loan clients
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate loan disbursements of at least 20M UGX per month
YOUR ROLE
- Identify and acquire new clients
- Market and promote loan products
- Assess loan applications and manage client portfolios
- Ensure timely loan disbursement and recovery
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth
REMUNERATION
Basic Salary: 500,000 UGX per month
Field Facilitation: 10,000 UGX per working day
