KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Debt Recovery & Negotiation
- Account Monitoring & Reporting
- Customer Interaction
- Legal & Compliance Adherence
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 Years Experience in Lending Product or Service
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills
- Familiarity with CRM & MS Office
- Previous Experience as a Field Officer is an Added Advantage
