Are you ready to be responsible for acquiring new business, retaining clients, and delivering excellent customer service to grow the Life Business portfolio? CIC Africa Life Assurance (U) LTD is hiring Financial Advisors for Kampala, Mbarara, Gulu, Mbale and Jinja to provide continuous services to clients, identify and develop a strong pool of prospects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities and provide market intelligence on Ordinary Life products.
- Prepare proposals and quotations in line with underwriting guidelines.
- Achieve budgeted premium targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure timely premium collection to support policy persistence.
- Maximize sales profitability through effective closing of sales.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- At least one (1) year of sales experience within the service industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and computer skills.
