Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Hospitality, Marketing, Mass Communications or related field.
2-4 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in insurance, banking or financial services.
Good understanding of insurance products and customer service principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Professional, organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital communication tools.
