Graduate Trainee – Accounting & Finance

C4 Logistics Company Ltd Busega is looking for a graduate trainee to join the finance department .

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and other financial documents.
Support the recording of daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
Assist in bank reconciliations and verification of financial records.
Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Assist in monitoring expenditures, budgets, and cash flows.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.
Support tax computations and statutory reporting as guided by the supervisor.
Participate in stocktaking, asset verification, and internal audit activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements
A Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration (Accounting/Finance option).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and work under supervision.
