Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, experienced IT Support Officer to work in Kampala.

Reports to:                                  Manager Risk and Compliance

Supervises:  None

Other Regular Relationships: Data Analyst, Corporate Planning and Managing Director.

About 

Provide day-to-day IT support, maintain systems and networks, and support data management and analysis activities to ensure secure and efficient operations.

Main duties and Responsibilities

Provide IT support for hardware, software and network issues.

• Install, configure and maintain computer and office IT equipment.
• Manage system backups, antivirus updates and data security.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation of contracts to be executed by Company in its operations.

Liaise with external IT service providers when necessary.

• Assist the Data Analyst in data collections, cleaning and validation.
• Ensure proper storage, access control and security of organizational data.
• CRB data management, reporting, query and dispute resolution.
• Client data quality assurance, reconciliation, reporting and data analysis support.Competencies
  Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
  
  Knowledge and Experience
• At least 2– 4 years’ experience in an IT support or data-related role.
