Job Summary/Purpose:

1. The Attachment Programme offers participants a twelve-month structured work experience placement within JMS’s pharmaceutical warehouse, distribution, and support operations, building practical skills, professional knowledge, and the confidence to grow as health sector professionals

Qualifications:

1. NURSING: Diploma or Degree Registered Nurse graduates seeking practical exposure in a healthcare supply chain and clinical support environment DATA ANALYTICS Diploma or Degree Graduates with skills in data collection, analysis, visualisation, and reporting to support evidence-based decision making in health supply chain operations MONITORING & EVALUATION (M&E) Degree Level Degree holders with M&E skills to support program monitoring, outcome measurement, and reporting across JMS health operations. 2. • Pharmacy • Stores Management • Procurement • Logistics & Supply Chain • Finance or Accounting • Biomedical Engineering • Clinical Medicine • Business Administration • Information Technology Priority qualifications: Candidates with qualifications in Nursing (Diploma or Degree), Data Analytics (Diploma or Degree), or Monitoring & Evaluation (Degree) will receive priority consideration.

Experience:

1. Recency of study: You must have completed your studies not more than twenty-four (24) months prior to the date of this advertisement. Availability: You must be available on a full-time basis during JMS working hours for the full duration of the attachment Deployment readiness: You must be ready and willing to be deployed in a pharmaceutical warehouse and operational environment for the duration of the attachment.
