JUNIOR TECHNICAL COORDINATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the planning, coordination and implementation of technical projects and activities.
- Liaise with clients, partners and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports and presentations as required
- Monitor project progress, compile data and ensure timely reporting.
- Assist in procurement, logistics and contract management processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards and safety requirements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Technical Lead or Project Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a technical or project coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
- Based in Uganda.
