Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in building maintenance, construction, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Experience in a hospital, hotel, or other large commercial facility will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, construction methods, and architectural finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Good project coordination and contractor management skills.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
- Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergencies.
