PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish Accounting Controls to oversee Finance and Accounting
- Monitor Financial Progress and Performance
- Budget and Cost Control
- Support audit and ensure compliance with the accounting standard
- Payroll Management
- Relationship Management
- Staff Management and Development
COMPETENCIES
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance
- CPA, ACCA qualification is an added advantage
- 3 yrs minimum experience in finance management
- Ability to multi task
- Trustworthy ,high degree of integrity
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a highly computerized environment
- Ability to work under pressure and excellent organizational skills
- Willingness and ability to work such hours as are necessary to accomplish job requirements
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
