Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning Officer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead M&E for the Periods to Prosperity (P2P) Project & wider programmes
- Manage data collection, analysis and reporting cycles
- Build field staff capacity on MEAL tools and data management
- Design and implement programme studies and assessments
- Facilitate learning sessions and support strategic adaptation
- Manage dashboard updates and programme output reporting
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Statistics, M&E, Demography or related field
- Min. 3 years direct M&E project experience
- Proficiency in SPSS, R, Excel, Epi Info or similar
- GIS and web-based mapping experience
- WASH sector experience, 5+ years preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
