POSITION: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION: JINJA
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and professionally attend to clients, partners, agents, and other visitors.
- Ensure the office is clean, tidy, organised, and presentable always.
- Manage incoming telephone calls, correspondence, enquiries, and deliveries.
- Organise, maintain, and securely store office files, documents, and records.
- Provide timely administrative support to agents and branch staff.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure office requirements are available and well maintained
- Assist in planning and organising meetings, branch activities, client engagements, and office events.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of the branch’s annual administrative budget.
- Process administrative requests, invoices, and related records.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Branch Supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications
- At least two years of relevant experience in office administration, front-office management, or a similar role
- Experience working in insurance, financial services, or another customer-focused environment will be an added advantage.
- A Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or related field
