Job Summary: The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient coordination of production, construction projects, logistics, procurement, and overall business activities. The role is responsible for improving operational efficiency, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operational activities across departments.
- Supervise production, construction, logistics, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.
- Supervise and mentor operational staff to achieve organizational objectives.
- Work closely with management to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in operations or project management, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
