Out Field Head of Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Execute field marketing strategies to drive
- customer acquisition and market penetration.
- Manage activations, roadshows, events, branch visits, and agent recruitment.
- Drive customer engagement and enhance brand visibility.
- Expand market reach and territory coverage.
- Lead and support field teams and agents.
- Monitor sales, acquisition, recruitment, and campaign performance.
- Manage field marketing resources and promotional materials.
- Collect market intelligence and customer feedback.
Requirements & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field
- Professional training in Marketing Research, Strategic Planning, Product Development, actuarial practice, Product risk analysis and stress testing or any relevant field is an added advantage.
- Member of professional Marketing bodies like UMS, CIM etc
- 2-5 years working experience in a similar role
