Duty Station: Watoto Schools – Bbira, Suubi and Laminadera Villages.
Watoto Church Ministries has experienced exponential growth in the past couple of years, composed of multiple Celebration Centres (Campuses) and diverse Community care initiatives that include Child Care, Neighborhood, Education, and FM Radio, amongst others.

Job Purpose:
We are seeking dedicated and dynamic Primary School Teachers committed to delivering high-quality education and fostering the holistic development of learners.
Subject Areas of Teaching.
- Mathematics & Science
- Social Studies
Key Duties and Responsibilities.
- Prepare and conduct lessons according to the Watoto schools’ standards.
Administer assessments and structured assignments to support learning. - Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Monitor and evaluate learner progress to build a positive learning culture.
- Offer mentorship and facilitate leadership sessions for small groups.
- Implement and evaluate the learning experience through real-life project experiences.
- Observe learner growth and provide immediate academic support.
- Advise learners academically and socially to support career decisions.
- Maintain proper stewardship of all assigned school equipment Promote learners’ well-being, safety, and holistic development
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience.
- The applicant for the role should hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field from a recognised university.
- At least two (2) years’ teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- Demonstrated ability to provide holistic education to learners and to promote evidence-based learning.
- Ability to contribute to the learners’ character, talent, and skills development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A high degree of flexibility and initiative.
Commitment to work within a team environment and ability to work under minimal supervision.
