Job Title: Product Manager.

Role Overview.
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive our IT hardware portfolio and accelerate growth across Uganda.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Ownership: Manage and scale a diverse product line including Laptops, PCs, UPSs, MFPs, and entry-level Servers.
Tender & RFQ Excellence: Lead the end-to-end tender process, including analysing bid documents, attending pre-bid meetings, and crafting technical write-ups, compliance sheets, and pricing.
OEM Partnership: Partner closely with OEMs to complete necessary product certifications, select optimal bidding solutions, and pre-register opportunities to secure preferential pricing.
Commercial Growth: Meet directly with clients to consult on product selection, introduce innovative products aligned with market trends, and take full accountability for achieving targeted sales revenues.
Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order execution from start to finish.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar IT product management role, preferably within Uganda or the broader East Africa market.
DaaS Expertise: Strong technical and commercial knowledge of IT hardware, with prior experience in Device as a Service (DaaS) highly preferred.
Bid Strategy: Proven track record of navigating complex corporate or public tenders and meeting revenue targets.
