RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
Job Summary
Drive the growth of profile retail & SME business in the branch by aggressively recruiting new customers, retaining existing relationships, and continuously reviewing client wallets to optimize the Bank’s revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Drive deposit mobilization from retail clients by ensuring that clients fund their accounts.
- Aggressively recruit new high-profile Retail customers while retaining and managing existing relationships.
- Drive the Bank’s digital agenda among the branch SME clients.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of high-profile SME customers to avoid end-of-period panics.
Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Education, Business Administration, Islamic Finance, or any other related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Banking, sales, or related roles within the banking or financial services industry.
- Relevant knowledge in credit analysis and documentation.
