UGAFODE Microfinance Limited (MDI), a leading financial institution, is looking for
dynamic and innovative individuals to work as Relationship Officers / Banking Officers in any
of the following locations; Kampala, Jinja, Lira, Mbale, Kyaka, Kagadi, Kasambya, Kisiita,
Kyangwali, Kyarushesha, Kyotera, Lyantonde, Mpigi, Rushere, Ssembabule, Rwamwanja,
Ibanda, Ishaka, Kitagwenda, Mbarara, Nakivale, Ntungamo, Rubaale, Rubondo and or
Rukungiri
Candidates should at least have:
• Possess minimum education qualifications of a diploma or a degree in a business-related
course or Education/ Agriculture and Social Development Studies.
• Experience working in community development/ field operations/ sales/ SACCOs
• High level of integrity, willingness to work and learn
• Ability to ride a motorcycle and with a valid riding permit
• Must be between 22 – 25 years of age
• Fresh graduates are encouraged
