Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Recent graduate seeking internship experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service and relationship management skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Growth-oriented with a strong desire to learn, develop professionally. and build a successful career in financial services.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a target-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Drive client acquisition and retention through strong relationship management and exceptional service delivery.
- Achieve loan disbursement and collection targets in line with business objectives.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain positive client experiences at all touchpoints.
