RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years progressive experience in Retail Operations Management.
- Experience managing fuel stations, convenience retail, Oil & Gas, or other high-volume retail operations.
- Strong leadership experience managing large teams across multiple sites
