We looking for a Service Coordinator- Equipment M/F  based : Uganda

Job description:

The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the activities of the service department to ensure efficient operation, customer satisfaction and profitability of the assigned service department

Profil request:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the service reception to maintain set performance levels ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of business objectives.
• Provide all customers with clarity on technical and product specific information as well as detailed explanations on all works completed by service department
• Develop and ensure strict adherence to SOPs for all applicable service processes.
• Coordinate and control consumables ordering, issuance and stock holding
• Motivate, monitor and supervise technician performance and utilization to maximize service profitability
• Monitor customer satisfaction reports and develop service offers by targeting new customers and fleet companies and submit reports to the management

Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 5 years’ experience in service operations with 2 years at supervisory level
• Experience in trucks service operations
• Product and general automotive business knowledge with previous automotive trade experience
• Leadership skills
• Planning and organizing skills
• Driving license for passenger, truck and forklift
